Thank you for your interest in joining the Shakespeare Association of America for a joint conference with the Renaissance Society of America (RSA), to be held in Boston, MA. Book Exhibits are perennially popular features of the conference, and SAA members have come to view the exhibits and publisher representatives who staff them as fundamental to their conference experience.

Our two societies will convene at three Boston hotels: the Sheraton Boston (SAA), Marriott Copley Place (RSA), and Westin Copley Place (RSA). Each society will organize its own program but through a shared registration process, all delegates will be able to attend sessions and special events hosted by both societies, and there will be a joint book exhibit. The RSA will manage the joint RSA-SAA book exhibit.

Book Exhibition Rates for 2025 (all rates USD): $500 per reserved table

The book exhibition packages will include a draped and skirted standard table and two chairs. Basic, email-speed wifi will also be provided. Up to two exhibit staff members will receive complimentary registration for the conference. The RSA-SAA does not provide signs for the tables; you are welcome to bring your own sign provided that it does not damage the table. Freestanding furniture (such as bookshelves placed on the floor) are not allowed. We will be unable to hang banners or signs above tables in this space.

The Exhibit Hall will be monitored outside of show hours by a professional security guard.
